Man's primary and most dangerous weapon is his HANDS. The hands can Grip, Choke, Punch, Crush, Stab, Slash, and Pull a Trigger. Without the Hands and Arms, the ability to fight offensively or defensively is greatly reduced or eliminated all together.
This system, developed by Dr. Leonard Holifield, focuses on destroying ALL parts of the Arms, to include the Hands, Fingers, Wrist, Forearm, Elbow, and Shoulder.
